We will move through a series of poses and breathing techniques that are designed to prepare you for a mindful and joyous labour and birth.

No previous yoga experience required.

Thursdays 7:00pm - 8:00pm  - Register online.

Hatha Yoga for Moms

This class is child friendly!

Bring your babies, preschoolers and school-agers along with you to play in the space, join you in some yoga and have fun making new friends.

This class is led as an adult hatha class so you can move, stretch, breathe and relax in a supportive and fun environment. As moms it can be tough to find a space to come together and practice yoga with children in tow. This is a great way to stay active, socialize and share your yoga with your kiddos. This class is prenatal friendly -  great for pregnant Mama's with little ones at home.

No yoga experience required.
